myJoondalup is the City’s new online services portal where you can lodge and track your applications. If you were registered for the previous online application system, you will have to re-register.

To lodge and access your applications, please register or sign in

Depending on the application type, you may be required to:

  • Provide the details of the people associated to the applications
  • Complete all relevant sections of the application form
  • Upload supporting documentation

Once your application has been lodged, an invoice containing a reference number, the payment amount and details of how to pay, will be forwarded to your email address.
