I have a car parked in my bay for 6 months. I have asked nearly everyone to help. Including the Police but have not received any support. Since the illegal offender's car (unknown owner) has been parked and has not removed the car I am without a car bay. The car park at my Apartment Complex bay is my legal property but I am not allowed to even have it moved or towed unless I get a court order which is insane to grasp. I am sure many have had this situation. I urge the    City Of Joondalup Council to take action on such a matter and use the City Rangers to fine or remove the offender's car.
