Request

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that the Council 

1.	Defer any works requiring tree removal on Northshore Drive pending formal Council consideration of the findings of the median width investigation required under clause 11.3 of the resolution passed at the 24 March Ordinary Council Meeting; and

2.	Require the Chief Executive Officer to report back to Council with the findings of that investigation, including whether a reduced median width would eliminate or reduce the need for tree removal in the eastern verge south of Mullaloo Drive, within 60 days of this petition being formally received by Council and before any irreversible works commence.
