-	Size (width and height) of the proposed building is not appropriate to the context of the development site and sympathetic to the desired character, built form and amenity of the surrounding area.
-	The current area has a surplus of supermarkets (27 current supermarkets within 10km of development site, 7 of which are within 3kms) and other smaller businesses. This development will detrimentally impact these smaller businesses and oversupply local areas to the detriment of competition in the long term.
-	Woolworths’ Truck route is through local roads, in a quiet residential area. Proposed truck usage is not in line with road classifications and poses a significant safety risk to the public.

Request

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that the Council present the concerns of the local residents, and recommends that the DAP do not grant approval of this development.
